“Sometimes, the most meaningful love stories are the ones you never see coming—and the ones you’re never ready for.”
Well, unfortunately, I may not be the one who’s in love, but I’ve definitely seen what love can do to people. So, this blog is going to be a little different from what I usually promised—this one’s not exactly from personal experience.
"Love," to me, if we separate all the emotions and feelings we’ve got, is just... a beautiful word. A beautiful feeling.
We’ve all wanted that kind of love we see in movies or read about in books—the charming knight in shining armor or the pretty princess who sweeps you off your feet. But from what I’ve seen and heard from people who’ve actually found love, it’s never really that easy.
More often, it’s the people we meet who move on too quickly or don’t stay long enough. Maybe it’s a fleeting friendship, an almost-love, or just a small moment that ends up staying with you longer than the person ever did.
Some of us don’t believe in love at first sight anymore. And honestly, in today’s world, I get it. We grew up reading and seeing about men who were gentlemen and women who were strong, respected, and well-read—and that kind of love feels a little hard to find now.
So to all the single people out there: it’s okay to take your time. It’s okay to wait. It’s okay to fall in love slowly and carefully—because at the end of the day, we’re all a little foolish when we’re in love, and we just don’t want to make the wrong call.
Let yourself feel it. Even if it doesn’t last. Even if it breaks you a little.
Because maybe love isn’t about forever—it’s about showing up in the moment, when it truly matters.
Sincerely,
Tiffany 💜
